Enchilada Casserole...A New Dossier Requirement?

I was going through the sets of copies of the dossier inserting the color copies of drivers license, passport photos and page of pictures & guess what I found? I included a copy of a recipe for enchilada casserole in all the sets of my dossier!

Do you think they would find this recipe so great that it would help speed my way through IBESR? I'm thinking NOT!

Well, they do like to add spice to their food in Haiti... Maybe you have something there, Stephanie?

Thanks for the laugh tonight! :)

Too funny! I wonder if they keep a file somewhere of all the "misplaced" items that have shown up in peoples dossiers?

That's hilarious!!! I haven't laughed that loud in a while! You don't want to send that because you would have to get it translated. :o) Hey, can you post the recipe for us? :o)

How funny! Nothing like a little humor to lighten up the long adoption process.

That is pretty darn creative! Who knows, can't hurt! (unless like Kathy said, you have to translate...)

GRIN! They may not appreciate the recipe, but I can always use a new, good Mexican treat for the dinner table. Don't hog all the goodness, girl. Post that baby :) Grinning . . .
