What a blessing to get a ton of pictures from Michelle today (thank you!!) & the following from Cara:
"I spent a long time yesterday, while my kids were napping, loving on your Anchise. That girl's smile lights up the entire room. She is so cuddly and loves to be held. I blew bubbles in the nursery and she, in particular, loved it! She followed me around begging for me to blow them right in her face:) Whatever you do, you HAVE to come soon and meet your girl! She needs her mama!!!"

Oh wow! she is just so gorgeous! I am praying too about going to visit...I thought I had made up my mind, and now I am second-guessing my decision! I HAVE To wait until at least I am through IBESR, but I just ache to meet her! Let's pray for each other on this one- it has to be up to the Lord!
Different orphanages due things differently but 3A's use the Orphan First program which means you submit your petition to the DHS side at the beginning of the process & not the end which requires you to submit it in person which makes it a perfect time to visit your child :o) You can "technically" file it in the US but I hear that is a lot of hassle with a lot more potential of delays & losing things...as well as not getting the benefit of seeing your child.
Those pictures are adorable! I pray that you can cuddle with your daughter soon.
Oh! She is precious. Now I'm gonna have that Stevie Wonder song in my head all day :) I'll use it to remember to pray for you and your girl to be united sooner than later!!

Katy ~ I will be praying for you. I know how much you want to go, but don't know if your heart can take it. Maybe we can make the trip TOGETHER when I have to go to the DHS appointment for Anchise! Then I could meet Gracyn too! Pray about this...
The wait hasn't been hard yet, but I'm sure it will get to me eventually. I'm thinking I'll go sometime this summer to see her (Lord willing).
