This Whole Thing Just Changed For Me

I don't know how to explain what I'm feeling. I think my heart just grew in leaps & bounds in a matter of seconds. I thought I loved seeing pictures of Anchise, but after seeing a video of her, this adoption just changed dramatically for me. She's not just a sweet face on the screen or printed on paper - she's a little girl with a big smile waving her hand. She's more "real" to me now (if that makes any sense at all). A video of eleven seconds long just changed my whole world...amazing!

We love you baby girl!!!

The video totally make it real. She is just precious. I hope and pray that she comes home soon.

Oh, yes, I totally get it! The photos are wonderful, but there is no way to describe that feeling when you see your baby actually moving in action! She takes my breath away!

Yes, it does make a big difference to see her in action! It makes her more real to me, too! And our J is in that video, talking as loud as anyone. I watched it many times as well....

We have some video footage of our boys as well. I can't describe what it felt like to watch that, but obviously you know. I have tried to imagine what their personalities are like based on the videos and photos we have.
