A Great Distraction
There's nothing like some good conversation and a couple of cute little Ghanaian imports to brighten a waiting momma's day. I was blessed to be able to spend some time with another Ghanaian adoptive family this morning for a few hours. We met at the H*liday Inn for some swimming and then to McD*nald's for lunch. I would call that a perfect distraction!

Praise the Lord for distractions! You probably also got a nice taste of how things might be when Mercy comes home, at least with Mr. B. I bet the experience today helped make the idea of having Mercy home more real for him. God is getting you all ready!

We had passport problems, too :( I will be praying that this quickly gets resolved and your precious daughter can come home. The happy day was certainly a gift!! Our God will provide for ALL our needs - including the emotional ones. Take care.
Just wanted you to know I'm thinking of you and praying for you. I keep checking for THAT blog post that says you are leaving on a jet plane....*sigh* Praying it is so SOON!!
