Adoption Prayer Chain

Kathy's recent post inspired me to be a copycat and do an adoption prayer chain for our home this holiday season. If you are currently in the adoption process or know someone who is, please leave me a comment with the child's name being adopted and how to pray for them. I think this will be a fun thing for our family to do together.

Don't be shy now...quit lurking and leave me a comment. We'll be praying!

Hey Steph, I know you're praying for us, but I'll comment anyway. We've been out of Parquet since August & are still waiting to enter MOI. Now there are new rumors that things are slowing down substantially in MOI due to a new boss dude- so once we finally do get in, getting out is going to be an even greater challenge. :( Please pray for the Lord's favor, mercy, peace and patience.

What a great idea! We would love prayer for our three babies from Haiti who are still in IBESR after 6 months, Isaiah, Titus and Annabelle.
If you would please pray that they get out very soon and that we can make it through this process much more quickly! They need to come home!
Thank you so much :-)

I am so at the point of not having much left in my tank so it is definitely an encouragement to have others lift us up in prayer. Please pray for Kenson to get a passport and visa soon. (We've been waiting for a passport for over a month.) And pray for our daughter, Conleigh, as we wait in IBESR. Pray we would not get stuck in any office over the course of her adoption.

Cool idea. We've been in the process for almost 39 months. Our file was declared lost in April, 11 months after it was put into MOI, and had to be re-done. It is mostly finished except for a mistake on the extract of archives and then they couldn't find the "register" to make the new, corrected one. This is our 4th Christmas without him. We need a miracle. Thanks for praying.

I wish I had read this a couple weeks ago. I'm sure you're done your Chain but I'll mention it anyway. Our birthparent interview is tomorrow...the 10th. And I pray Asher stays healthy with no more hospital visits until we can bring him home. Terry
