Psalm 34

The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him. Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing.
Psalm 34:7-9
I felt compelled to pray with a group of believers over our dossier before sending it off to Gretchen to take to Haiti at the end of the week. For the first time tonight I made my way to the Dominion House of Prayer. It was an amazing experience & I will definitely be returning. It was myself & three others. They laid hands on our dossier paperwork & called out to our Father in Heaven to open all of the doors for bringing Anchise home & that satans plans would be thwarted. It truly was a blessed experience, just praying & praising God for His goodness & deliverance.

I have to admit that I have had some down days since last week. Being in prayer tonight helped me to realize that I need to be praising God every day. He will finish this good work He has begun. He is worthy to be praised!
I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever. Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.
Psalm 145:1-3

Whoo Hoo!

Be encouraged! God is faithful!

I'm just a few Psalms past the one you posted. Working on memorizing Ps. 37.

Wow, Stephanie. How beautiful! All you need at this point is your I-171h, right?

Oh my! I got chills when I read that you did that! We've tried to do that for many of the big "send offs" in the Chinese adoption journey - we so believe that His hands are guiding our journey every step of the way. We did it when we sent off our letter of support and we are still trusting for fruit to come of that, too!

Praying with you - you must feel so relieved that it's off! You should celebrate this momentous step and do something special to commemorate it :) We ordered Chinese when our PA came :)

It really was amazing to be sitting in a room with three complete strangers but having our love of Christ as a common bond. When I left I couldn't believe how much time had passed. I thought for sure the clock had to be wrong. AMAZING!

I had wanted to get it mailed out yesterday morning, but I'm so glad I listened to my heart...instead of rushing it off just to get it out the door taking the time to really commune with God over it. Have I mentioned it was amazing?

We also spent time praying for the country of Haiti and it's people as a whole...praying for them to be released from poverty in Jesus name.

We are waiting on the I-171H, but it will hopefully be here in the next couple of weeks. Woo hoo!
